1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dosh.to you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Dosh.to. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. What Dosh.to Does

Dosh.to provides public profile pages for sharing payment methods and can also provide hosted card checkout through Stripe Connect for eligible accounts. Payment processing, onboarding, and payouts are provided by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms and policies.

4. Payment Services (Stripe)

If you enable hosted card payments, you authorize us and Stripe to create and manage a connected account for payment collection and payout operations. You must complete any identity, compliance, and onboarding checks required by Stripe.

• Stripe processes card payments and related compliance checks.
• Payout timing, disputes, chargebacks, and risk controls are handled under Stripe rules.
• You are responsible for compliance, tax, and lawful use in your jurisdiction.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish on your Dosh.to profile and for any links you share. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

• Do not use Dosh.to for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
• Do not impersonate another person or entity.
• Do not post content that infringes on others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the service.

6. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Premium Handles

Some handles are premium and may require a one‑time payment to claim. Premium handle availability is limited and may change over time. If you change away from a premium handle, you may lose access to it and may need to pay again to reclaim it.

8. Platform Fees

We may charge platform fees for certain payment flows and account tiers. Current pricing, if any, is shown in-product and may be updated over time.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dosh.to is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dosh.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
